In the first four short years after graduating college Adam was responsible for the start up and operation of several quick serve restaurants. In addition to his restaurant responsibilities Adam is the president of a real estate investing company that works with passive investors to return higher than passive yields on their money.
Forrest’s entrepreneurial career began in college where he ran a landscaping business and co-founded a basketball camp that is still in operation. He completed his course work in less than four years and placed third in concentrated major of Finance.
Immediately upon graduation Forrest purchased his first investment property, and while also working as a financial analysis for Medtronic, Inc, rapidly grew his portfolio. Three years later, despite several promotions, Forrest resigned from Medtronic to pursue real estate development and investment full time. He is now president of Expowth, Inc, a three armed company with divisions in real estate development, distressed property acquisition, and property preservation. The property preservation division, working with its partners, currently maintains nearly 1000 properties. The development and distressed asset divisions are currently involved in roughly $40 million in projects and has an additional $4.5 million of distressed property under contract.
In addition to his real estate investing business, Forrest is a past president of the North Bay Entrepreneur Association, a director for non profit Youth Business Week California, a director for clothing marketer RipNsix, a director for real estate development company Winberrie Corporation, and a member of two northern California mastermind forums.
Ryan Miller is a member of Asset Management Group, a Northern California Investment Advisory Firm that manages over $700 Million client assets. Ryan’s clients include; individuals, trusts, corporations, retirement plans and non-profit groups. He uses a one-on-one approach, and all portfolios are individually managed specifically for each client. The philosophy for his practice is simple: do what is best for the client. Through a disciplined investment process, Ryan educates clients and helps them pursue and achieve their financial goals. He maintains his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Ryan graduated in 2002 from UC Davis. In 2006 he achieved the designation of MBA from CSU Chico, with a focus on Finance. One of his passions is spending time participating in and supporting the Northern California distance running community. Ryan and his wife Shari live in Chico.

Don received a masters degree from UC Berkeley in the early 1970’s and began a career as a hospital administrator. A desire for a better quality of life led him to a career change into sales a few years later. During his time in sales he began actively investing in real estate and businesses.
